Not many people may know this place, as it is newly open and it is located in a place where not many cafes are located at.

Ebony Roastery is a small cafe located outside the PIK traditional market, Fresh Market. This place is quite small but in my opinion, I find this cafe really cozy and comfortable. This cafe roast their coffee beans their own and most of them are local coffee beans. Sometimes, if we are lucky enough, we can immediately see the process of roasting ourselves!

Green Tea/Matcha Latte: 24k

Matcha Latte has always been my favourite latte of all time. Tried both hot and cold one and personally liked the hot one better. Compared to other matcha latte I had tried in other cafes, the latte served here may be one of my favourite! It has the right amount of milk, sweetness and the aroma of matcha is perfect too!

Red Velvet Latte: 25k

There is a right amount of sweetness in the latte but I do recommend the green tea latte better. Personally I had never been a big fan of red velvet latte, so if you are a red velvet latte lover, I do recommend you to try it because my friend love this latte a lot. Worth to try!

Piccolo: 20k

This latte is a combination of espresso and a little amount of milk. This latte is special as it contain the least milk compared to other latte. For espresso lovers, this may be the right choice to choose as it gives the right amount of bitterness and creaminess from the milk.

Es Kopi Enak: 20k

The classic Kopi Susu drink which most Indonesian love! This coffee is my second favourite out of all the drinks I had tried in this cafe. From all types of coffee I had ever drink, I had always love kopi susu the best, as it allows me to taste both the bitterness of coffee and the sweet taste of milk. No wonder Es Kopi Enak is the best seller of Ebony Roastery, as it really is delicious and affordable as well!

Strawberry Bomb Tea: 18k

There are some cases where I found the flavoured tea sold in restaurants are mostly too sweet for me. But for this one, I liked it a lot as it is not too sweet and I can taste the strawberry well. This flavoured tea may be the right choice to drink during hot weather!

Brownies with Ice cream:

Not the best brownies I had ever tried as I can't really taste the chocolate that much. It is much more tastier if it is eaten with ice cream.

Ketan Hitam: 35k

Compared to the previous dessert, I do prefer this one much better! I don't usually like ketan hitam that much, but I love this one so much! It is accompanied with some type of cream which suits the ketan hitam very well.
