Upon my arrival in Singapore, I immediately went to this hawker stall located in Jalan Besar. This hawker stall serves curry rice accompanied with different dishes of our choice. The dishes we can choose include, chicken wings, ham, pork belly and more.

Curry Rice:
As you can see above, I combined lots of dishes into one plate of curry. It may look quite cramped and forced together into one small plate but the taste satisfies my hunger. All the dishes like pork belly, ham and eggs goes extremely well with each other. The curry is not spicy at all, which is a plus point for me since I am someone who cannot tolerate spicy food. Overall, this curry is really delicious!
From the scissor cut curry rice hawker stall, I immediately went to a cafe which is only a few blocks away. The cafe that I decided to visit is called the Chye Seng Huat Hardware cafe.

The first dessert I ordered is cheesecake topped with raspberry ice cream. The weather was hot that time so I thought it would be great to order this dessert. After trying it out, I can say that it is not the best cheesecake I have ever tried and it is a bit hard to cut as it is still frozen. But as it melts inside my mouth, I can taste the sourness of the raspberry which was amazing.

I find this dessert very similar to apple pies, but it is different as it is accompanied with a fluffy toasted plain bread drenched with syrup. Ice cream is another plus point for this dessert. The warm freshly toasted bread accompanied with Ice cream is the perfect combination.
